I-94s.
The process is fairly simple, the employer files for a Change of Status with the workers we provide you. With premium processing you could have the workers new I-94s in as little as two weeks with you as the petitioner.
Because USCIS has changed recruitment laws affective January 18 2009, it prohibits H-2B employers and recruiters from imposing certain fees on prospective H-2B workers as a condition of securing employment.
We now charge the employer a small fee to get the dependable help you need. With the workers not having to pay a fee, the pool of workers will increase dramatically giving the employer a better chance of getting workers after the cap has been met.
All rules and regulations that apply with H-2B workers apply with the new workers, they are allowed to work for employer as per the start stop dates on employers Foreign Labor Certification.
There is a lot of interest in finding good help for the coming season and workers are limited. It is suggested if you need workers to start by April 1 to act now.
